The success of the United States military over the past two-hundred and thirty years has been no accident. While of course the hardest part of successfully executing the Nation's war plans has been done by brave men and women who have fought the battles, the unsung heroes of America's military campaigns have always been those who planned them. Fortunately, the planning "secrets" that the American military has used so successfully for so many years can now be shared with you and applied to your business!
Our process, which we call "The Seven Steps of Success Through Empowerment," is drawn from the very processes the military uses to plan its myriad missions.
The beauty of these processes, which can be tailored to fit any specific need, military or civilian, is that they lend themselves perfectly to every kind of project-- large, small, complex, and the seemingly simple. No project is too large or too small to benefit from the planning processes we want to share with you. And they can very likely be used successfully with the assets on hand. No expensive additions in personnel or resources are required.
ABOUT OUR NAME
In the military, some say an officer assumes command when becoming the Commanding Officer. Those of us who have been there know better; we know that the effective commander does not “assume” command but takes command – of the personnel assigned them, their resources, and their mission. Leadership is active, not passive. This mind-set applies to every level of an organization. By understanding the common goal and by bringing the team together to achieve that goal, every level of leadership is empowered to make decisions with confidence. We work to ensure that everyone within the organization can “move forward with confidence and take command.”
